Lego stuff 23 Mar addition

Aayla Secura is one of the minifigures i wanted to buy, the price is above USD 20 exclude postage (easily about SGD30), I have been delaying the purchase mainly because of the high price, when the new keychain is out i just have to get one, for the minifigure, it will be later.

just interested in collecting the lady jedi knights & masters from the clone wars.

Recently Lego issued 7 new promotion posters, 2 Star Wars, Lego City, Hero Factory, World Racers, Dulop and the Lego poster. With the earlier 3 Ninjago Posters, there are 10 new posters this year.

Later this year, we will probably have Cars, Pirates of Caribbean and Kingdoms. Check the earlier post on the Ninjago posters and Lego Promotion Poster for 2010.

Was in town today, so went to check out the new lego.

Purchased the new railway track 7499 and 2 key chains at the lego store, requested for the new posters (the staff know me by now), the new ninjago ninjas posters are nice (fire & ice).

Walked to toyrus after leaving Taka, checking the minifigures displayed at the counter. The box at TRU was almost full, so i thought there might be a chance to get sometime interesting. I managed to buy an elf & a fisherman!! (there are only 3 elf and 2 fisherman per box of 60)

I bought 5 extra Indians (need the spear) and the rapper x 2. Having searched my own lego minifigures box, was kind of expert now in "feeling" the pack. It is tedious but at least was rewarded with an elf.

Was in town last night for dinner, after dinner walked to the nearby departmental store Robinson and checked out the new lego prices. On sales are City Police, Star wars and the creator sets.

Not getting anything at the moment, but will probably buy the ninja training outpost later.

New 2011 Sets in Singapore Update

The new sets are now in Singapore. The Atlantis, City, Creator, Ninjago, Star Wars and Technics.

The new Minifigures Series 3 is avaliable now.

Pharaoh's Quest Battle pack is avaliable too at retail price S$24.90, this is expensive for just 3 figures!

Pirates of Caribbean will hit stores in May and Kingdoms will be in July.

The Lego Pharaoh's Quest is the new "poison", which will arrive in Singapore soon. I have just noticed 3 sets which I'm interested in (including the above battle pack).

A little mummy army will be nice, 7 mummies with the 3 sets above. Or make it 10 with 2 battle packs.

For the rest of Pharaoh's Quest sets, I'm not really interested as I still prefer small sets.

Slient Mode & WhiteFang had done a superb review for both sets which I think readers can just refer to them.

Review for Fairytale and Historic Minifigures ( wonder why Lego has the word education on the box). After reading this review, I not going to buy this box (too expensive). The box do has a classic and vintage look.

The set I am considering...Creator Log Cabin 5766

There will be a first Star Wars Advent calendar in 2011, will update more here once I received the pictures. I'm not going into Atlantis, Ninjago, Cars and Star Wars (maybe just the ewok set), have to be selective and not overspend, it will be challenging though, with creator lighthouse, city fishing boat, log cabin the "want list" just keep getting longer.

A piece of good news this Christmas, the Medieval Windmill set rumour is true! Mill Village Raid looks amazing! New animals in the mill village includes chicken and goat! I'm not posting pictures here, but provided the link.

LATEST PICTURE UPDATE: 7 FEB 2011

Guess castle, kingdoms lovers will be interested to know the coming new sets for 2011.

One fan who attended the Brickevent last month reported: A medieval windmill! New paint on animals. Dots on grey horse and on white pigs. White pigs? I wonder if it's the white sheep.

If it is true, it will be great to add the windmill to the MMV set 10193. Well I am looking forward for more news and importantly some pictures to confirm this.

Lego New Police sets for 2011

The new Lego Police Station for 2011, are now avaliable in US TOYRUS.

The new dog with a printed face, new bagpack use to store stuff and a red crow bar.

City collectors can consider on these new sets, I don't find them appealing but since lego produces it every year, there must be a fan base for Lego Police and Fire Station. Hope they can come up with new hospital sets.
