Got my hands on a new box of Germany National Team Football players 2016, airmail from Germany. So here is a blog on the breakdown of the figures. I do enjoy these German Players, i even bought a display case for them.

 3 sets for each box, there are an error pack, where they insert a head instead of a soccer ball. I had one sealed in pack, keeping it as it is  (not opening since i got the 3 sets).

Lego Simpsons Minifigures Series 2 Review 2015

The New Lego Simpsons Minifigures Series 2 characters

Received a set of Simpsons minifigures today. They do look nice and cool, the head of these minifigures are very well designed, with a few new printed accessories. Not all characters are as popular, as far as i know, there isn't any rush to collect these minifigures as compared to the earlier lego minifigures series, which i think are more popular.

If we exclude the Simpsons family (5 minifigures) and Milhouse, there are a total of 26 characters in both series 1 & 2, that's quite good. With both series, Simpsons fans can have a little fun of playing out the scene, Bart's family, Bart's shoolmates and so on.

Both Series 1 & Series 2...will there be a Series 3???

I am not sure if Lego is going to produce Simpson Series 3 minifigures, there are not many characters that are more popular than the current 26 figures that appeared in the TV series/movie. If we have the Simpson family (a fixed 5 figures), lego will have to come out with another 11 new characters! They can try to have a repeat of 1-2 figures in the set, but they will still need 9-10 new characters.

Here are the list of characters which Lego can consider. Moe Syzslak (highly possible), Barnely Gumble (with a beer mug, possible), Reverend Lovejoy, Principal Skinner (yes please!),  Kent Brockman (news anchor), Mayor Quimby, Carl Carlson (nuclear power plant worker), Elizabeth Hoover (another school teacher, to replace the late Edna), or Rabbi Hyman Krustofsky (this will be very cool!), Todd Flanders (possible)...ok if Series 3 is produced with the above mentioned characters, remember to give me some credits!

One thing I am pretty sure is Lego will probably be building on the Simpsons line, a follow up after the new Kwik E-Mart. We will look forward for more Lego Simpsons updates!

Having collected Minifigures series 1 to 11, i have yet to decide whether to collect this series.

Each figure is available at $4.90. What do you guys think of this series.

Lego Minifigures Series 11 Preview Pictures

Here are the Lego Minifigures Series 11. What do you guys think..looks like i am going to collect this set! There are many nice figures, the London policeman, the Scarecrow, female robot (a partner for the earlier robot), gingerbread man. Looking forward for this set.

At the moment, i had no idea how the breakdown is going to be like. I believe that might be only 2 figures from the box of 60 again. Do visit the blog again for more updates.

Lego Minifigures Series 10 Review

Medusa is a highly sought after figure. She should have come with a bow, i should include a quiver too! Awesome!

It is getting more expensive to collect these minifigures... for a box of 60 figures, there are only 2 for each for the above 6. Only able to produce 2 complete set. No wonder it is almost impossible to buy the figures from lego retail outlet.

Purchased around 9 figures from retail this time, as it is no longer worth the effort. It is recommended to buy online where it is cheaper.

Lego Minifigures Series 9, is now avaliable in Singapore

The minifigures i got from retail on Thursday are Roman Emperor, Alien Avenger, Plumber, Mermaid, Waiter, Judge, Chicken Suit Guy, Policeman, Mr Good & Evil, Heroic Knight and Cyclops. 11/16. The Plumber and Waiter are considered rare find, as there are only 2 figures per box.

The figures such as Hollywood Starlet, Forest Maiden and Fortune Teller are the figures that are almost impossible to get from retail. For this post, i will just be showing the 7 new figures.

Lego Minifigures Series 8 NOW in Singapore

The lego Collectible Minifigures Series 8 is now on sale, this is the 3rd set of minifigures released this year. Bought 4 packs this afternoon at lunchtime (was in a rush), and again added a few more extra in the evening. Am waiting for a full set which will arrive shortly.

Spend around 10 mins, it was pretty easy to identify the figures, i got conquistador, deep sea diver, red cheerleader and alien villainess. Added pirate, businessman, santa, evil robot and lederhosen guy later in the evening, i don't have a full set now, collected 9 different minifigures now :)

 Alien Villainess is one of the most exciting alien figure from lego. Simply Unique!

At the meantime i had placed some of my minifigures in the clear plastic display case. The case is able to display10 figures (with base) and 12 figures (without base)

Series 1 is the most expensive set now! Zombie, Cheerleader and Clown!

Having blog on every collectible minifigures released since Series 1 back in 2010, I was wondering how many more series are we going to have. Within 3 years, we got 8 series, if Lego is going to release another 2-3 series next year and again in subsequent years... i wonder where i can keep & display them. A few of my lego friends stopped collecting, reason being too much minifigures to collect.

In my opinion,  the best is just to have 1-2 series per year and stop somewhere at series 12 or series 15. If this is to go on forever.... i wonder how it will be if we have 20 or more series and kept on continuing non-stop.
