Lego Minifigures Series 9, is now avaliable in Singapore

The minifigures i got from retail on Thursday are Roman Emperor, Alien Avenger, Plumber, Mermaid, Waiter, Judge, Chicken Suit Guy, Policeman, Mr Good & Evil, Heroic Knight and Cyclops. 11/16. The Plumber and Waiter are considered rare find, as there are only 2 figures per box.

The figures such as Hollywood Starlet, Forest Maiden and Fortune Teller are the figures that are almost impossible to get from retail. For this post, i will just be showing the 7 new figures.

Lego Minifigures Series 8 NOW in Singapore

The lego Collectible Minifigures Series 8 is now on sale, this is the 3rd set of minifigures released this year. Bought 4 packs this afternoon at lunchtime (was in a rush), and again added a few more extra in the evening. Am waiting for a full set which will arrive shortly.

Spend around 10 mins, it was pretty easy to identify the figures, i got conquistador, deep sea diver, red cheerleader and alien villainess. Added pirate, businessman, santa, evil robot and lederhosen guy later in the evening, i don't have a full set now, collected 9 different minifigures now :)

 Alien Villainess is one of the most exciting alien figure from lego. Simply Unique!

At the meantime i had placed some of my minifigures in the clear plastic display case. The case is able to display10 figures (with base) and 12 figures (without base)

Series 1 is the most expensive set now! Zombie, Cheerleader and Clown!

Having blog on every collectible minifigures released since Series 1 back in 2010, I was wondering how many more series are we going to have. Within 3 years, we got 8 series, if Lego is going to release another 2-3 series next year and again in subsequent years... i wonder where i can keep & display them. A few of my lego friends stopped collecting, reason being too much minifigures to collect.

In my opinion,  the best is just to have 1-2 series per year and stop somewhere at series 12 or series 15. If this is to go on forever.... i wonder how it will be if we have 20 or more series and kept on continuing non-stop.
