This was considered a rumour set last year, it starts to happen in the market just recently, managed to get hold of a few packs. The market price is higher than the 30061 Attack Wagon.
Anyway 30062 Target Practice (31 pieces) consist of a lion knight (crossbow), 2 green apples, a drumstick, nice little target board and a wooden box holding 2 spears.
